We are pleased to invite applications for the newly established NZSA Tidy International Travel Scholarship, specifically designed to support Student and Early Career Statisticians (SECSs) in attending international conferences related to statistics and/or data science, including those held in Australia.
Scholarship Details:
- Value: $2,500
- Number: One scholarship per year
Eligibility Criteria:
- You must be a current member of the NZSA. If you are not yet a member, you can join using this form.
- You must also have SECS status as per NZSA guidelines. That is:
- Be a student currently studying statistics or a related discipline at any level within a New Zealand tertiary institute; or
- Be an early career statistician who graduated within the last 10 years.

Applications will be screened for eligibility, and the recipient will be selected randomly from the pool of eligible applicants. Further details on the application process can be found within the form.

Notification: The successful applicant will be notified on or before 11 July 2025.
